I first met Ross when purchasing my unit at Hillarys in 2002 and subsequently appointed him property manager for my apartment in the Hillarys Marina complex. Since then Ross has done an admirable job in keeping the place tenanted and organised, and even dealing with a tricky tenant while I was away on holiday! The tenant had become upset (understandably) due to a water leak in the complex, and Ross not only managed to keep him calm, but also arranged for all the repair and insurance dealings to occur smoothly and in a timely manner.

Ross's knowledge of the complex and its sub-lease arrangements is second to none and he works hard to ensure that owners get a fair deal.

I would not hesitate in recommending Ross to investors, home buyers and sellers alike for anything to do with buying, selling and managing property.
